ALBERTA INVITES 1128 EXPRESS ENTRY CANDIDATES WITH CRS SCORES AS LOW AS 303 TO APPLY FOR CANADIAN PERMANENT RESIDENCE
The province of Alberta in July 2019 invited a total of 1128 candidates with CRS scores as low as 303 in the Express entry pool to apply for permanent residence through the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP).

The AINP regularly reviews candidates’ profile in the Express Entry pool and selects candidates based on its need in the province. In 2019, Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) may issue up to 6,000 nominations. So far, 3,385 nomination certificates have been issued as at 30th July 2019.
The AINP has a high volume of applications and submissions in the following occupations.
6311 – Food service supervisors
6322 – Cooks
0621 – Retail and wholesale trade managers
6211 – Retail sales supervisors
0631 – Restaurant and food service managers
0711 – Construction managers
2132 – Mechanical engineers
1241 – Administrative assistants
4212 – Social and community service workers
1122 – Professional occupations in business management consulting
1311 – Accounting technicians and bookkeepers
1122 – Administrative officers
The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) is Alberta’s Provincial Nominee Program. Through this program, prospective immigrants with the right skills and work experience needed by the province may receive Provincial Nomination Certificate. If a person is nominated through the program, they may apply for Canadian permanent residence together with their spouse or common-law partner and dependent children.
This application for permanent residence is managed by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada through the Express Entry (EE).
